If a disabled visitor to the Event requires assistance to physically enable them to get around, then we allow free access for the carer. Visit the Organisers Office in Hall 2, and upon production of a full priced ticket a complimentary ticket will be given.

In accordance with the Health Act 2006 smoking is not allowed within the Event or the NEC.
The Piazza main entrance canopy area and the North Gardens in the centre of the Piazza are the designated smoking areas.

A helmet park is available on site. All proceeds go to the charity Riders For Health. http://www.riders.org/ Prices for leaving your items are:

DHL are offering a Shop and Drop service, located in Hall 4. All your purchases can be looked after until you’re ready to leave the show. The cost of this is £1 with all proceeds given to Charity.
Only Guide Dogs are allowed.
Cloakrooms are located on the concourse area.
Children aged 5 and under get in free with a paying adult.
Neither the Show or the NEC offer any Creche facilities.
Senior Citzens are considered to be aged 65 or over. Proof of age may be required.
No student discount is offered.
There is ample parking available. Parking for visitors to Motorycycle Live will be £8.00 – this is a subsidised rate brought to you by the Organisers, giving a £2 discount to all visitors against the standard cost of parking at The NEC – parking can be purchased when booking your tickets or on the day of your visit.

A secure, undercover bike park is available to all visitors who arrive on two wheels, you can leave your bike for free. The park will be manned by NEC security staff and the park will allow visitors to change in the dry and gain peace of mind that their prized possession will be looked after.
The Bike Park is subject to availability & clearly signposted when you arrive on site.
Upon entry to the secure, under cover Bike Park, you will be issued with a unique ticket that you will need to keep. Upon redemption of your ticket your bike will be released to you.
£10 for a minibus and £15.00 for a coach.
