If a disabled visitor to the Event requires assistance to physically enable them to get around, then we allow free access for the carer. Visit the Organisers Office in Hall 2, and upon production of a full priced ticket a complimentary ticket will be given.

What facilities are available?

The plan includes disabled toilet facilities, cloakroom, breast feeding areas, cloakrooms, banks, medical centre and more.
Can I smoke inside the Halls?
In accordance with the Health Act 2006 smoking is not allowed within the Event or the NEC.
The Piazza main entrance canopy area and the North Gardens in the centre of the Piazza are the designated smoking areas.
Can I take photos?
Yes, please feel free to take photos or record footage.
Where can I leave my Helmet & Leathers?
A helmet park is available on site. All proceeds go to the charity Riders For Health. www.riders.org
Are dogs allowed in?
Only Guide Dogs are allowed.
What are the cloakroom facilities at the NEC?
Cloakrooms are located on the concourse area.
What age can children get in for free?
Children aged 5 and under get in free with a paying adult.
Neither the Show or the NEC offer any Creche facilities.
What age are you considered a Senior Citizen?
Senior Citzens are considered to be aged 65 or over. Proof of age may be required.
Do you offer a Student Discount?
No student discount is offered.
What are the parking facilities and costs for cars?
There is ample parking available. Advanced parking can be purchased when booking your tickets at a cost of £7 for the day. Parking is £8.00 if purchased on the day.

What Parking facilities are there for motorcycles and scooters?
A secure, undercover bike park, sponsored by Yamaha is available to all visitors who arrive on two wheels, you can leave your bike for free. The park will be manned by NEC security staff and the park will allow visitors to change in the dry and gain peace of mind their prized possession will be looked after.
TheYamaha Bike Park is subject to availability & clearly signposted when you arrive on site.
How does the Yamaha Bike Park Work?
Upon entry to the secure, under cover Bike Park, you will be issued with a unique ticket that you will need to keep. Upon redemption of your ticket your bike will be released to you.
How much is parking for a coach or minibus?
£10 for a minibus and £15.00 for a coach.
