Motorcycle Live – the UK’s premier motorcycle show, offers a platform for exhibitors to reach in excess of 100,000 motorcycle enthusiasts.
Exhibiting amongst elite brands and global names, you’ll be rubbing shoulders with the very best the motorcycle industry has to offer. With all types of powered light vehicles (PLV) product, accessories, services, experiences and experts all coming together at The NEC in November, you’ll be a part of the national hub of two wheel excellence, experience and innovation over nine days, which brings the biking community together to indulge their shared passion.

STAND SPACE
There are many ways you can get involved; whether you have your own stand, you want to utilise our hassle-free/professional shell scheme option or would like to take advantage of the numerous high profile sponsorship opportunities within the halls.
Please see below, the rates to exhibit for the 9-day duration of Motorcycle Live (depending on what you are looking to do at the show). For full details of the different Stand Types, please go to Stand Types Explained.
INCLUSIVE BENEFITS
All stands include the following:
PROMOTION – your own page on the Exhibitor section of the website and company listing in the official Show Programme, on ‘You are Here’ boards at the show and any relevant published material.
CARPET – all stands are supplied with carpet.
PASSES – staff and guest entry passes and an allocation of complimentary staff parking permits.
EXHIBITOR LOUNGE – exclusive access for exhibitors.

GET INVOLVED!
To apply for stand space at Motorcycle Live 2022, please fill out a Space Requirement Form detailing all your stand requirements so we can understand what you are looking to do at the show.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT..
Upon receipt of your completed Form, we will contact you at the appropriate point in our sales process to discuss your plans and subsequently send across the latest floor plan so you can choose your stand. Please note that we apply the following format when allocating stand space:
- Allocation will be on a size basis, largest stands first. Where applicable, space will be sold to companies based on the cumulative size of space required.
- Allocation will be to MCIA Members firstly, then previous years exhibitors followed by companies new to the show. For MCIA Membership information and details of the Motorcycle Live benefits please contact us.
- Where more than one company has requested the same size and space, allocation will be based on the number of years each company has exhibited at the show concurrently.
