MCL Signed Helmet Prize Draw – Competition Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Introduction
    • The Promoter is MCIA Events Limited (CRN: 02018191), whose registered office is at 1 Rye Hill Office Park, Birmingham Road, Allesley, Coventry, West Midlands, CV5 9AB (“MCIA”).
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  2. Prize Limit & Structure: There is strictly one (1) prize available and one (1) winner only across the entire promotion. No secondary, runner-up, or additional prizes will be awarded.
  3. The Prize: The Prize consists of 1 (one) Signed MCL Helmet.
  4. Prize Availability: The Prize is subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to amend the helmet available in the event the Prize is unavailable. 
  5. Eligibility:
    • The Draw is only open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees and their immediate families of MCL, MCIA, or associated companies, their dealers, agents, or anyone professionally connected with them.
  6. How to Enter:
    • To enter, entrants must complete each required field on the online entry form via the QR code and entry form displayed at MCL26
    • Required fields include: First name, Surname, Mobile number and Email address
    • Only fully completed entries will be entered into the Draw.
    • No purchase necessary.
    • Entrants must be resident in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
    • Entry Limit: Strictly one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

  7. Deadline: Entries must be received by no later than 11:59 AM on Sunday 29 November 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are received after this time.
  8. Draw Execution & Audit:
    • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries shortly after the deadline. 
    • The draw will be conducted using a verifiable random selection method. Records showing the execution and results of the draw will be logged and retained by the Promoter to serve as an independent, verifiable audit trail in the event of any query, audit, or inspection.
  9. Winner Notification & Selection:
    • The winner will be notified by email and telephone within 1 hour of the draw.
    • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and draw a replacement winner.
  10. Winner Transparency & Details:
    • Details of the winner (surname and county/country of residence) will be made available upon reasonable request for a period of 30 days following the draw date.
    • Requests can be submitted by contacting MCIA directly.
    • The winner may be asked to feature in future promotional material for the MCIA, though they reserve the right to decline.
  11. Delivery & Ownership:
    • The winner must be available to accept the Prize either at 16:00 from the MCL Super Stage on Sunday 29 November 2026 or via courier delivery at a time and date arranged by the Promoter.
    • The Promoter takes no responsibility for the Prize after delivery/collection.
  12. General Terms:
    • Entrants agree to these rules by entering the prize draw.
