4-12 December 2021
NEC Birmingham

First and foremost, we hope that this finds you and your families all safe and well.

As our clients, colleagues and visitors, you are at the heart of what we do, and with the rapidly developing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, internally we’re taking the responsible measures needed to protect everyone, and although the MCIA offices are closed in line with the Government advice, the whole team are still working remotely to ensure there is no interruption to day to day business.

In these unprecedented times, much can, is, and will happen between now and November, and whilst we are in dialogue with the NEC, contractors and suppliers for Motorcycle Live, the cloud of uncertainty is casting a shadow of doubt for many of you, and that’s why we felt that now was the time to extend some reassurance.

Rightly or wrongly, we remain positive that Motorcycle Live will go ahead as planned in November, and are therefore pushing ahead with our preparations.

However, we do fully appreciate what impact COVID-19 is having on businesses and individuals and how this will affect your decision making regarding Motorcycle Live.

It would be great if we could fully predict the timeline in terms of lockdown, and when business and life generally will start moving back toward normality. Of course we can’t, but what we do hope for is that well in advance of Motorcycle Live, business and normality resumes and the event will provide a great opportunity for both customers and exhibitors to enjoy that injection of passion.

Please stay safe.

Kind regards,

Finlay McAllan
Managing Director
