GET INVOLVED!

To apply for stand space at MCL25, please fill out a Space Requirement Form detailing all your stand requirements so we can understand what you are looking to do at the show.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT..

Upon receipt of your completed Form, we will contact you at the appropriate point in our sales process to discuss your plans and subsequently send across the latest floor plan so you can choose your stand. Please note that we apply the following format when allocating stand space:

  • Allocation will be on a size basis, largest stands first. Where applicable, space will be sold to companies based on the cumulative size of space required
  • Allocation will be to MCIA Members firstly, then previous years exhibitors followed by companies new to the show. For MCIA Membership information and details of the Motorcycle Live benefits please contact us
  • Where more than one company has requested the same size and space, allocation will be based on the number of years each company has exhibited at the show concurrently
