SPACE ONLY – BASIC COSTS TO EXHIBIT

On booking your stand at Motorcycle Live, you will be sent a link through to the online Exhibitor Manual giving you direct access to all the show Contractors.  To give you an idea of the basic costs to exhibit, we’ve detailed some optional extras that you may want to consider when planning your stand.

All Space Only stands will have cordex carpet provided – if required.
(Grey, Black, Blue or Red are available)

STAND PLAN AUDIT

All stands require a stand audit, including a review of stand plans and on-site visual inspection by a Structural Engineer.  The cost per stand is £120.00 + VAT, which will be invoiced at the time of your stand booking.

CERTIFICATE OF STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY

If your stand construction is deemed to be complex you will require a certificate, issued on-site and charged at £405.00 + VAT or £565.00 for double decker stands.  For more details, please refer to the Stand Fitting Rules & Regulations.

POWER

Sockets – 500W (2amp) £124.91, 1000W (4amp) £201.53

LIGHTING

Spotlights – single (£60.95), 3 x adjustable on track (£150.00), 6 x adjustable on track (£299.99)
Fluorescent – 6ft (£68.61)

An £18.50 testing charge will be added to all Electric orders.

FURNITURE

Available furniture options and costs from our preferred supplier can be viewed here.

STORAGE

GES, our lifting contractor, can offer limited in-show storage units charged at £50.00m².  You will be given your own key for entry to the secure unit.  For larger storage solutions, GES have a unit at the NEC.
