Competition Terms & Conditions: Honda CB650R Prize Draw
- The Promoter: The “Promoter” of the competition is Bikesure Insurance, a trading name of Adrian Flux Insurance Services.
- Prize Limit & Structure: There is strictly one (1) prize available and one (1) winner only across the entire promotion. No secondary, runner-up, or additional prizes will be awarded.
- The Prize: The Prize consists of the latest model of the Honda CB650R motorcycle supplied by Bikesure Insurance, plus one year’s free motorcycle insurance supplied by Bikesure (up to the value of £750, subject to the winner satisfying Bikesure underwriting criteria).
- Insurance Availability & Cash Alternative:
- Where applicable, Bikesure Insurance will attempt to arrange relevant insurance coverage for the Prize.
- However, if Bikesure Insurance is unable to provide or secure such insurance (for instance, if the winner does not meet Bikesure’s underwriting criteria), no cash or alternative financial equivalent will be offered.
- In such instances, the winner shall be solely responsible for obtaining and arranging their own insurance coverage at their own expense.
- The Prize itself is non-transferable.
- Prize Availability: The Prize is subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to amend the model available in the event the Prize is unavailable. Any alternative will be of equal specification and value. Choice of motorcycle colour is subject to availability.
