Build up / break down timetable
Tuesday 14th November – Thursday 16th November: 8.00am – 6.00pm.
Friday 17th November: 8.00am – 8.00pm.
All space only areas must be occupied in order for construction to begin no later than midday on Friday 17th November. Please note that all space only stand construction must be completed and signed off by the Structural Engineer by 6pm on Friday 17th November. Stands requiring sign-off after this time and date, will incur an additional charge dictated by the Structural Engineer.
A booking system will be in place for the duration of build-up – so all vehicles accessing the rear of the halls will be required to book/check-in. To avoid delays accessing the halls, please book this in advance of arrival on-site. For more information please reference the exhibitor manual.
All shell scheme stands will be completed 8am Thursday 16th November, including stand interiors and electrical work, in readiness for delivery of Exhibits.
Exhibitors are required to achieve a “Ready to Open” state for the event by 8.00pm on Friday 17th November at the latest.
Sunday 26th November 5.30pm – 12 midnight
Monday 27th November 8.00am – 4.00pm
All Shell Scheme exhibitors please note that ALL goods MUST be removed from stands by 12 midnight on Sunday 26th November.
All Stand-fitting Contractors please note that ALL Stands must be dismantled and rubbish cleared from the Halls by 4.00pm on Monday 27th November.
To allow for the smooth running of Motorcycle Live breakdown, ALL stand-fitting and contractors materials should be removed from the halls at the times stated above. If rubbish (including carpet) is not cleared by the time stipulated, penalty costs will be incurred and passed directly to the exhibitor.
