The Live Lounge, Amplified by Yamaha is back by popular demand for MCL25. Our dedicated music stage in Hall 2 will feature firm fan favourites from 2024 every day of the show, from 12 – 3pm. Its the perfect opportunity to grab some street food, take the weight off your feet & kick back.

DOUBLE UP (FEAT. TOM BARNWELL) – Double Up (feat Tom Barnwell) return to the Motorcycle Live Lounge stage to bring their infectious blend of keys, drums and 3 part vocal harmonies to your ears. Expect new takes on classics from the way-back-when to the right-here-right-now, with chilled covers and tasteful bops all fronted by the incomparable vocals of Tom Barnwell (BBC’s ‘The Voice’). Playing Saturday 15th, Thursday 20th, Friday 21st & Saturday 22nd November.

JONO WRIGHT – “Wright might hail from the Midlands in the UK, but the heart and soul of Special Measures lies some 4000 miles away in Nashville, Tennessee.” [Further Music Blog]. A favourite of MCL 2024, Jono Wright is a guitarist & songwriter from Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire. He released his debut EP, 6, in 2018. Playing a mix of original material and covers, Jono’s versatility as a guitarist and performer is clear to see. His music has been broadcast on BBC Radio, and featured on several BBC Sounds Music mixes. Playing Sunday 16th November.

ALEX THOMPSON – With silky smooth vocals, insane keyboard skills and a warm engaging performance style, your mid-week entertainment doesn’t get much better than Alex Thompson. Playing an eclectic range of music including jazz, pop, soul, funk and even some musical theatre–this young artist is guaranteed to keep you hooked! Playing Monday 17th & Wednesday 19th November.

THE DAVIS BROTHERS – Two musical siblings: one a million streaming piano player, the other one of the UK’s most in demand woodwind players. Between them they have performed with artists as diverse as SClub 7, Welsh National Opera, Bastille, Rudimental, Cynthia Erivo, BBC Concert Orchestra, Jake Shears, Danny Beard, Michael Ball, Mel C, Pixie Lott, Kerry Ellis, Bryan May, Frozen The Musical and many more. Together this brotherly mix of saxophone and keyboards will be sure to provide a chilled soundtrack to your visit to MCL. Playing Tuesday 18th November.

THE JONO WRIGHT BAND – Led by one of The Midlands’ best guitarists, this electrifying trio play a mix of blues, soul and rock & roll, and are guaranteed to see MCL25 out in style! Playing Sunday 23rd November.
