1) Please be aware of any obstructions within gangways/stands as exhibitors are setting up stands ahead of the show open time of 10am.
2) Access in and out of the halls will be via the Press Office until the show opens at 10am
3) Please be mindful of stand activities and don't enter areas of the show that are restricted/fenced off without prior arrangement
Personal Facilities are available within the Press Office.
5) In case of a medical emergency please call the Venue Operations Centre on 0121 767 2222 or find a member of NEC staff (on any door), giving the exact location of the casualty and details of any injuries sustained. Venue Operations will arrange for any necessary assistance. For any First Aid requirements, a paramedic will be on-site in the Hall 3A Organiser Office.
6) In the case of a security emergency ring 0121 644 6666 (internal ext 6666). For general security enquiries ring 0121 767 2393 (internal ext 72393) It is important to make frequent checks around your area to ensure that no unidentifiable packages, cases or bags have been abandoned.
7) The NEC is protected by a sprinkler system and portable fire extinguishers. In the event of a fire emergency: Break the glass on the nearest fire alarm point. These are located at each vehicle entry door, and in the Press Office. Telephone The Venue Operations Centre on 0121 767 3333 (internal ext 3333) giving the location and nature of the incident.
