Terms & Conditions – MCL26 Ticket Promo item – Spada Rucksack
- INTRODUCTION
- These Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) govern the ticket promotion (the “Promotion”) organised by MCIA Events Limited, whose registered office is at 1 Rye Hill Office Park, Birmingham Road, Allesley, Coventry, West Midlands, CV5 9AB (the “Organiser“), in respect of MCL26 (the “Event“).
- These Terms apply to the Promotion only and supplement our standard ticket sales terms and conditions which are available here
- THE PROMOTION
- This Promotion is open to adults aged 18 or over who purchase Promotional Tickets during the Promotion period.
- Purchasers of ‘ADULT + SPADA RUCKSACK (VALID ANY DAY)’ tickets (“Promotional Ticket“) shall receive one voucher from the Organiser (“Voucher”), for each Promotional Ticket purchased. The purchase of any ticket type other than a Promotional Ticket shall not entitle the purchaser to a Voucher.
- Each Voucher may be redeemed, at the Event, for one SPADA Rucksack with a RRP of £44.99 (the “Rucksack”), or an alternative product of equal or greater value as substituted by the Supplier as set out at clause 4.1 below.
- The Rucksack shall be supplied by and redeemed from Feridax (1957) Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales under number 02904875 whose registered office is at Park Lane, Halesowen, West Midlands, B63 2NT (“Supplier”).
- VOUCHER REDEMPTION
- To receive a Rucksack, a Voucher must be presented to the Supplier for redemption at the assigned collection point (stand 3E25) (or as notified by the Organiser), during the Event’s opening hours (10:00 – 17:00 on 21st – 29th November 2026 (inclusive)).
- Each Voucher may only be used once.
- Vouchers have no monetary value and must not be sold, copied, transferred, exchanged or altered. Any such activity will result in the Voucher being declared void.
- All Vouchers expire at the conclusion of the Event on 29th November 2026.
- Failure to redeem the Voucher in accordance with these Terms will result in forfeiture of the Rucksack, and no further attempts to redeem the Voucher will be entertained.
- RIGHTS OF THE SUPPLIER
- The Supplier reserves the right to substitute the Rucksack for an alternative product of equal or greater value, with the alternative product determined at the Supplier’s sole discretion.
- Where the Supplier reasonably suspects a Voucher to be counterfeit, altered, duplicated, fraudulently obtained or otherwise invalid, it reserves the right to reject redemption.
- Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated towards any individual working at or attending the Event. Display of such behaviour may result in the Supplier rejecting a Voucher.
- RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ORGANISER
- The Rucksack (or any alternative) shall be supplied by the Supplier in exchange for the presentation of a valid Voucher in accordance with these Terms. The Organiser is not a party to that transaction and nothing in the arrangements between the Organiser, the Supplier and you shall be interpreted as suggesting that the Organiser is the supplier of the Rucksack (or any alternative). Accordingly, the Supplier is solely responsible for any queries, complaints or liability relating to the Rucksack (or alternative). Any complaints, defects, product safety issues or claims should be directed to the Supplier.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser will not accept responsibility or other liability in relation to the Rucksack (or any alterative), including but not limited to its manufacture, supply, quality, fitness for purpose or safety.
- Despite the above and subject to Clause 5.4, the Organiser’s liability is limited to the value of the Promotional Ticket purchased.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by the Organiser’s negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any other liability that cannot be legally excluded or limited.
- Nothing in these Terms affects the legal rights available to consumers.
- CANCELLATION, SUSPENSION OR AMENDMENT OF THE PROMOTION
- If the Event is cancelled, the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of Event tickets will apply.
- If the Promotion is cancelled but the Event continues, Promotional Ticket holders will be refunded the sum of £9.50, per ticket purchased. This shall constitute the only remedy available in respect of cancellation of the Promotion.
- The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at its sole discretion where circumstances beyond its control prevent the successful continuation of the Promotion.
- OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
- Personal data collected by the Organiser it in relation to the Promotion will be processed in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy and all applicable data protection laws.
- If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Organiser and purchaser of Promotional Tickets in relation to the Promotion and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and representations.
- The laws of England and Wales apply to this contract. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that a claim can only be brought in the courts of England and Wales, unless the laws of the place where you live state that you may bring a claim in your local courts.
- By purchasing a Promotional Ticket, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms.
